How to Login

Go to their homepage (image below) and find the login area (circled in black) and enter your online banking ID. You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter your password. After that you’ll be logged in and ready to use all financial services offered online.

You can also access your online banking account by your mobile. In order to login, just proceed the same way you would do as if you were using the desktop (as shown above). You have full access 24/7 and can also enjoy the online services offered by Capital City.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Go to Enrollment Page and find the red button that says “Sign Up Now”. Click on it to start the enrollment.
Step 2 – Read and agree the terms in order to proceed.
Step 3 – Verify your identity by providin few personal/banking information as:
- SSN
- Date of Birth
- Account Number/ Debit Card Number
- Last Deposit
- Full Name
After following those steps you’ll be set and able to use all financial services offered by Capital City.
