How to Login
Step 1 – Go to Chemical Bank Homepage and find the login section located on the Top Right section of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your Username and Click on Login.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the ePersonal Online Banking Portal. Proceed by entering the Password and clicking on Sign In.
Forgot Password:- In case you Forgot your Password, click on ‘I forgot my Password’. You will be redirected to a new page to generate a temporary password. Fill all the required columns as shown below and click on Submit. Alternatively contact the customer service department (800) 867-9757 and inform a bank associate about your problem.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – In the Chemical Bank Homepage, click on I don’t have online banking yet in the Login section right below the Login button. You will be redirected to an enrollment form.
Step 2 – Follow the steps namely Selecting a verification method, Reading and accepting online disclosures and agreements and Entering your information for verification purpose. Click on Continue.
