How to Login
Step 1 – Go to the First Banks homepage and find the login area located on the left-hand side of the page. Enter your password in the blank box and click on “Login”
Step 2 – You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter your password in order to complete the login. You can also select to which page you’d like to be directed to. After finishing by clicking the Login button, you will be able to use all online features offeres by First Banks.
Password Recovery
Step 1 – Enter your uername and click “Login” as explained above.
Step 2 – Once you reach the password page, click on “Forgot your Password”
Step 3 – Another page will open and you must enter your User ID and the 4 digit code you selected when enrolling. Then click next and you’ll be able to recover your password.
How to Enroll
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and on the same login area click on “Enroll Now” (link located right below the blank space)
Step 2 – Upon reaching the next page, read and agree with terms and conditions.
Step 3 – Enter the required personal/banking information. Once you click on Continue, you’ll be required to create a new User ID and password. Then you’ll be ready to use all financial features offered by First Banks.
