Step 1-  First, access Premier Bank website through this link https://www.premierbankinc.com/

Step 2- In the homepage, enter your User ID in the shown area in the Online Banking section, then click Sign In

Step 3- To proceed with one-time security code, click the Continue with Security Code button shown here

Step 4- Choose how you want to receive the one-time security code, then click Continue
