HOW TO LOG IN
Online Banking subscribers at Prudential Savings Bank must enter valid credentials to access their online accounts. Below are the login steps:
Step 1- In the browser, click or enter https://www.psbanker.com/
Step 2- In the homepage, enter your Username, then click Sign In
Step 3- Please enter your Password, then click Submit
After verifying the credentials, the system will allow you access your account
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
For you to reset your password, you must verify your identity by submitting your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address. Please follow these steps:
Step 1- In the homepage, click the Forgot Password link
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, Last 4 Digits of Tax ID Number and Email Address, then click Submit
Upon verifying your identity, you will receive an email with directions on how to reset your password.
HOW TO ENROLL
Prudential Savings Bank allows you as a customer to register for the online banking service via your PC. Please follow these steps to enroll:
Step 1- In the homepage, please click the ‘Create Account’ link
Step 2- Please fill in the requested information in the First Time User Authentication form, then click Submit
After the form is accepted, you will be requested to change your Access ID and Password in the next screen. Submit the Access ID and Password, you will have created your online account.
