HOW TO LOG IN
For anyone to log in, he/she must have existing online account. The guide here aids you access your bank account on the internet via your PC:
Step 1- On your PC’s browser, key in or click https://www.herringbank.com/ to load Herring Bank ’s website
Step 2- In the homepage, scroll down and enter you Access ID and passcode in the highlighted area, then click Login
After your credentials are verified, carry on with your online transactions
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
Having problems recalling your passcode? Here is a guide to help you reset it
Step 1- In the homepage, click the shown Forgot Passcode link shown below
Step 2- Please enter your Access ID, tax identification number or social security number, and the account number of one of your online accounts, then click Submit.
Once verified, continue and reset your passcode.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll, you must accept Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement and Internet Banking and Bill Pay Agreement, have an account at Herring Bank to apply for online banking. These are the steps:
Step 1- In Online Banking Login section in the homepage, click the New User link shown below
Step 2- Accept the Electronic Disclosure Consent Statement by ticking the shown checkbox and clicking the I Agree button
Step 3- Accept the Internet Banking and Bill Pay Agreement by ticking the shown checkbox and click the I Agree button
Step 4- Please fill in the Online Internet Banking Enrollment Form, then click Continue
You will be directed through the remaining steps. After successfully enrolling, you will have an active online account.
MANAGE HERRING BANK ONLINE ACCOUNT
Having Herring Bank’s online account, you can:
- Transfer funds between your bank accounts
- Access you account statements
- Pay bills online
- Set alerts on specific account transactions
