Step 1 – Open this link https://www.highlandbanks.com to access the bank website

Step 2 – Select Personal Internet Banking and enter Personal Access ID then Sign In

Step 3 – Enter your Password then Submit

Your logins will be approved and be directed to your online banking account.


If you have forgotten your Highland Bank Online Banking password, follow the steps below to reset it:

Step 1 – Login using your Access ID then click Forgot your Password link prompted for a password

Step 2 – Enter your Access ID, last 4 digits of Tax ID number and email address then Submit

Once your details are submitted and approved, a new password will be emailed to you.
