Resetting your Kentucky Bank password is very easy. But you must remember your access code to be able to do so successfully. Follow these simple steps to reset your password:
Step 1-Go to the Homepage and enter your access code and click ‘secure login’
Step 2-Click ‘forgot your password?’ as show in the image below
Step 3-Enter your access ID, last 4 digits of Tax ID number and email address, and click ‘submit’
A new password will be sent to your email

If you use the Bank’s 24 hour telephone banking, you can use the 4 digit code to gain access to this system. If you have not used the telephone banking before, you can use the last 4 digits of social security number.
