HOW TO LOG IN
For you log in, you must have an online banking account. If you already have enrolled, on your PC, follow these steps:
Step 1- In your web browser, type or click https://www.bthbank.com/ to access the bank’s website.
Step 2- In the Online Banking area, enter your Access ID and Passcode then click the shown small arrow next to the Passcode box. If the credential you enter are correct, you will automatically be taken to the dashboard of your BTH Bank online account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / LOGIN ID?
If you forgotten your password, here’s what you need to do:
Step 1- Click the shown “Forgot Passcode?” link
Step 2 – Fill in your Access ID, Social Security Number, and Account Number, then click the “Submit” button.
After the system validates the information you submitted, you will be able to reset your passcode.
HOW TO ENROLL
To enroll for a new online banking account, BTH Bank requires its customers to review and accept Electronic Disclosure Consent Form and fill the four pages of its Online Banking Enrollment form. Below are the steps involved:
Step 1 – In the online Banking area, click on the link that says “Personal Enroll” to enroll
Step 2 – Check the box shown then click “I Agree” button to accept the terms of the Electronic Disclosure Consent Form. Do the same to agree with terms of the Internet Banking and Bill Payment Agreement in the next page.
Step 3 – Fill in the all the mandatory information in the first page then click Continue.
If the information you provide is correct you will be able to proceed with the remaining three steps. After you complete the enrollment process, you will be able to access your account using your selected Access ID and Passcode.
