HSCB allows its credit card users to monitor their card activity online, the same way customers would verify their bank accounts. By enrolling to their Online Account, card members can set alarms for a specific balance, monitor the card’s activity and check their rewards. HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter https://www.us.hsbc.com/ or click this link.
Step 2– At the top right, click on the red Log On button.
Step 3- Enter you username and click Continue.
If your username is correct, you will be asked to enter your password. If all of your login credentials are correct, you will be able to access your online account.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
In order to renew your password, start as you would to log in and enter your username. In the ‘Enter your Password’ page, click the link that reads ‘Forgot your Memorable Answer?’ or ‘Forgot your Password’? HSBC will require to answer your security questions to verify your identity. If you answer correctly, you will be allowed to create a new password.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, follow these simple steps:
Step 1- Next to the Log On button on the main page, click the link stating Register.
Step 2- Read all the terms and conditions and agree to them. Click Continue. Step 3- To verify your identity, enter the required information by the website, including your SSN, your HSBC card number, PIN, e-mail address and mobile number.
Follow the additional steps to complete the registration process, which include selecting your set up information (username and password), your security questions and confirmation of account.
