How to Login –
Step-1 – Visit the Kemba Credit Union Website and click on Online Banking button which is mentioned top right corner of the page.
Step-2 – Enter Online Banking ID and click on Secure Log In.
Step-3 – Verify your personal image and enter your Online Banking Password. Click on Submit.
Forgot Password – In case you Forgot your Password, you can reset your Password by clicking on ‘Forgot Password’ in the Online Banking Login Pop-up under the Secure Login Button. Enter your personal details (Such as Online Banking ID, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Email address on file and Email Subject) in the respective fields in the Password Page Self Reset. Click on Continue and follow the on-screen instructions. Alternatively contact the customer service department ((513) 762-5070)) and inform a bank associate about your problem.
How to Enroll –
Step-1 – Visit the Kemba Credit Union Website homepage and click and click the Online Banking button on the top right. In the pop-up box, click on Sign Up below the “Secure Login” button. You will be redirected to a new page with the Terms and Conditions. You may read through them and then Click on I Agree.
Step-2 – Enter your Social Security number, Account number and Email address on file. Click on Continue. Note: If you have never submitted a valid email address to Kemba, you will have to call 513.762.5070 before setting up your Online Banking account.
