HOW TO LOG IN
To log on to your online bank account, turn on your PC and follow these steps:
Step 1- Go to your browser and type https://www.becu.org (or click this link).
Step 2- In the main page, enter your username and password and click Log In.
If your login credentials are correct, you will be directed to the profile of your online banking account.
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD / USERNAME
If you have forgotten your password, start as you would to log in and follow these steps:
Step 1- If you required a new password, click the question mark icon in the password field.
Step 2- Enter your User ID and phone number registered with your account and click Continue.
Once you verify your identity, you will be prompted to renew your password to your liking.
HOW TO ENROLL
For customers who already have a bank account with BECU, online banking is easy to enable:
Step 1- In the main page, click the link that reads Join.
Step 2- Select the type of situation that applies to you and click Continue.
Step 3- Enter the required information for the enrollment process, including your complete name, email address, and primary phone number.
Follow the next three steps of the enrollment process, including selecting your user ID and password, entering your bank account information, until you receive confirmation your online account has been created.
