HOW TO LOGIN
Step 1– Open your preferred web browser and enter http://www.potterybarn.com/customer-service/credit-card.html
Step 2– At the top right, over My Account to see the drop down menu. Click Sign In. Step 3- In the section I HAVE AN ACCOUNT, enter your email address and password and click Sign In.If your login credentials are correct, you will be directed to your Pottery Barn online account dashboard.
FORGOT PASSWORD?
To retrieve your password, just start as you would sign in as explained in steps above:
Step 1- In the same section I HAVE AN ACCOUNT, select the link that reads Forgot your Password?
Step 2- Enter the email address you selected to create your account. Select Submit.
You will receive an email from Pottery Barn confirming your request to renew your password. Follow any additional steps in that email to change your password and access your online account.
HOW TO ENROLL
To learn how to enroll, start as you would the other two processes and hover the MY ACCOUNT link:
Step 1- In the drop down options, click link Create New Account.
Step 2- On the right, in the CREATE ACCOUNT section, enter required details, including your full name and email. Create your password and select CREATE ACCOUNT.
You should receive confirmation via email of your request to create a new account. Follow any additional steps provided in this email until you are able to access your online account.
