How to Login
Step-1 – Visit the Merchants Bank Website and locate the Online Banking section on the top-left area.
Step-2 – If you are a Personal/Small Business directly enter your User ID and Password. Click on Log In. Alternatively you can also chose other account types/e-statements from the drop down menu.
Forgot Password:- In case you Forgot your Password and are unable to login, click on ‘I Can’t access my account’ in the screen which follows. You will be directed to a new page to generate a temporary Password. Enter the details required and click on Send me a new password. You can also chose to be reminded of your Username.

How to Enroll
Step-1 – On the Homepage, click on the link saying ‘Enroll in Online Banking and Mobile Banking’ right below the News and Alert section. The following page gives an overview of Online Banking. Click on Sign Up Now. You can also View a Demo.
Step-2 – Fill up the required fields in the Secure Sign Up form and accept the Terms and Conditions. Click on ‘Complete sign up’.
