How to Login
In order to login into your TrustCo online banking account all you have to do is go the bank’s homepage and enter your User ID in the blue square located at the left top of the page (image below). You’ll be redirected to another page to fill in with your password and after that you” be able to use all the online features available.
How to Enroll
If you still does not have an online banking account its easy to enroll. Go to the login area (as shown on the image above) and click on “Enroll Now”. You’ll be redirected to another page where you must fill in with the required information as:
- Account Type
- Account Number
- Social Security Number
Click on continue to go to the next step and create your User ID and password. After completing all the steps it may take few days until you can access your online banking account.
