UCFS offers short-term consumer financing via distributors and merchants for different types of goods and services. HOW TO LOGIN
If this is your first time to visit UCFS, you need to create a login by registering for an account. Customers who have already enrolled in UCFS can log in by using the account sign in window located on the right side. The steps below will guide you on how to sign into your account:
Step 1 – Click here to open the website in a new tab and then click the “Consumer Login” button located on the upper-right side of the screen. You will be redirected to the login page.
Step 2 – Enter your username and password that you used when registering for an account and then click the “Sign In” button.
You should be able to have access to your account information online if the username and password you provided are associated with your account. To avoid troubles signing in, ensure your username and password are typed correctly.
HOW TO RESET/FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
The steps below will guide you on how to retrieve your lost login details:
Step 1 – Click the “Password Reset” link located below the “sign in” button if you have forgotten the current password for your account. You will open the password reset page.
Step 2 – Enter your eight digit account number, your username, your email address and then click on the “Submit” button.
You should an email with a link to reset your password within a few minutes. If the email takes too long or haven’t received it, call the customer service department at 800-338-6507 during normal office hours to seek further assistance. You can also send an email to [email protected].
FORGOT USERNAME
Step 1 – Click the “Username Reminder” hyperlink located below the “Sign In” button if you cannot remember your username.
Step 2 – Enter your eight digit account number, enter your email address and then click on the “Continue” button. An email with your username will be sent to the email address configured to your account.
HOW TO PAY YOUR BILL
Step 1 – Click on the “Pay My Bill” button located on the upper-right corner of the screen. You will need to log into your account before you can submit payment online.
