Berkshire Bank offers its clients a free service of online banking 24/7. Customers will be able to use several banking features as check their balance, transfer funds between accounts, view transactions, pay bills and much more. It’s easy to use and to enroll. Read this post in order to learn how to use it.
How to Login
Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage and find the login area (as shown below). It’s the green rectangle that says ” Personal & Small Business Login”. Click on this link.
Step 2 – You’ll be directed to another page where you must enter your user ID and click “Continue”.
Step 3 – Then enter your password in order to complete the login and click on “Sign In”.

Berkshire Bank also offers a mobile website. You’ll just have to login the same way you would do if using the desktop. The same features will be available.
How to Enroll
If you are a client but still have not enrolled into Berkshire Bank you can apply online. Follow the steps in order to complete it.
Step 1 – Go to the same login area and click on “Enroll Now” link.
Step 2 – Follow the steps as shown on the image above. Select wich kind of account you want to enroll with. Read and agree the terms and conditions and click on “Continue”.
Step 3 – Fill in with the required information as Full Name, SSN, E-mail, Card Number and PIN.
After doing it and creating a new user ID and password you’ll be able to use all online features offered by Berkshire Bank.
